Train to become a referee
The latest referee courses for 2013 in our area have been released and you can see them on The SLN Aylesbury Sunday Football Combination's website here.our first meeting
Referee Training - Basic Courses, Anybody over 14 years of age, male or female, may train to become a football referee.
Training will be held over 8 consecutive weekly evening sessions of 3 hours each week, lead by an experienced County FA tutor.
All modules of the course must be completed and includes:
Module 1
Intro to course.
CRB check, where applicable.
Multi choice test on Laws of game.
Module 2
Tuition in Laws of the game.
Tuition in application of the laws.
Safeguarding Children Course
Module 3
County FA. Multi choice written exam and interactive Dvd.
Module 4
Refereeing 6 games 11v11. (Accompanied by mentor).
Module 5
Training session based on experiences of Mod 4.
Presentation of Badges & Certificates
The cost of the course is:
Candidate aged 14 - 15 the fee is £45.00 includes course fee, County Registration and Safe Guarding Child Protection Resources.
Candidate aged 16 - 18 the fee is £65.00 includes course fee, County Registration and Safe Guarding Child Protection Workshop.
For an Adult 18 years and above candidate the fee is £77.00 includes course fee, CRB check, County Registration and Safe Guarding Child Protection Workshop.
